Q.: Where is the conference schedule?
A.: The conference schedule is not final at this time, you will receive a program with the complete schedule when you arrive to check-in for the conference. There will be a draft of the schedule on-line by the middle of January.
Q.: What meals are provided at the conference?
A.: Continental breakfast, lunch and snacks.
Q.: Does the conference center have wireless internet access?
A.: Yes, wi-fi is available in the public areas of the conference center, but not in the meeting rooms.
Q: Will special rates be available at any of the nearby hotels?
A: Yes, mention the AAGT Conference at Black Canyon Conference for the lowest available rates.

Each room is a full suite with a chair, pull out couch and mini kitchen (full size refrigerator and microwave). They also have dishes, etc, in each suite. They serve a continental breakfast and have a gym as well as free high speed internet in each room.

This all-suite property offers free breakfast, free wireless internet, a heated indoor pool, a business center and a fitness center. Each suite offers a refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, luxury bedding and queen-sized sofa sleeper. Ask for the LBLK rate!
Towneplace Suites by Marriott also has suites available, please call 602-943-9510 for rates. They have Studio Suites and Two Bedroom Suites. All rooms have Complimentary Breakfast, and Wireless High Speed Internet. There is also a Fitness Center and Heated Outdoor Pool, as well as a Complimentary 24 hour Guest Business Center. Q.: Is there an evening session for parents this year?
A.: An evening presentation sponsored by the Herberger Young Scholars Academy at ASU West by Dr. Jim Delisle will kick off the conference. More details to come.

Q.: Can I register online if I’m using a Purchase Order?
A.: Yes. You can register online using a Purchase Order. Our online system allows you to pay with a credit card, indicate your purchase order, or indicate you will be paying with a check. If paying by check you will need to mail your email confirmation and check following submitting the online form.
Q.: My school district will pay for my registration, but not for my membership. Can I pay for my membership separately?
A.: Yes. You can pay for your membership separately. Just click on "Join" in the Quick Links to complete a membership application. Once you submit your application you will be qualified for the membership discount.
Q.: Our district can’t afford to send people for the 2-day conference. Can we send 2 teachers each one day at the 2-day registration price?
A.: Yes. You can send two different teachers on a 2-day conference registration. Online registration needs to be completed by one of the attendees, but in the Registration Type section select “Two Day Conference”. Spaces will appear for you to enter the name and email address of each teacher and which day they will attend.
