 “AAGT Parent Institute: Parenting High Ability Children”, the Arizona Association for Gifted and Talented’s upcoming parent conference, and its expected attendance by 400 parents of gifted students, is likely to match your organization’s target audience.

AAGT would like to offer your organization the opportunity to submit an application for a table at this year’s Parent Institute. In this letter you will find price, schedule and contact information you will need in order to apply to register a staffed exhibitor table. Due to limited space, not all applicants may be able to exhibit. Please apply quickly.

Call for Exhibitors - 4th Annual AAGT Parenting Day Conference
Saturday, March 26th, 2011, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law
ASU, Tempe, AZ

We expect up to 400 adults and 185 children to attend our event this year and invite you to participate.

Exhibitors will be in the center area between the presentation rooms, affording you a prime spot for your access and exposure to conference attendees.

You, as the exhibitor, have the option of being there all day, or just during the box lunch walk-about from 11:45 to 1:15. We are asking all exhibitors to set up between 7 and 8 a.m., even if you only plan to man your table during lunch time. The registration form will require you to indicate if you will be exhibiting all day or not. If you are only exhibiting during lunch, you may leave when parents are in the breakout sessions following lunch.

The exhibitor fee covers a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, lunch for one person, a listing in the conference program and listing on the AAGT website. Additional lunches may be purchased.

Since the ASU Law College is providing this facility, ASU organizations are invited to exhibit for free. They will be assigned two to a table and will need to pay for lunch, if desired.

A school or school district program for gifted students can have someone represent their program in person at a ½ table.

Fee Schedule

Business: $80 (full table)
Non-profit: $40 (full table)

School/Info $25 (½ table)
ASU Organization: free (½ table)

Bag stuffing: $50 (to include exhibitor material in each conference attendee's bag)

Exhibitor Advertisements in program:
Full Page: $75
Half Page: $50
Quarter Page: $30

Additional lunch: $8

An alternative to way to share information with our attendees is to provide handouts for our resource tables. Parents will pick up items on resource tables if they desire.
