“AAGT Parent Institute: Parenting High Ability Children”, the Arizona Association for Gifted and Talented’s upcoming parent conference, and its expected attendance by 400 parents of gifted students, is likely to match your organization’s target audience.

AAGT would like to offer your organization the opportunity to submit an application to staff a table at this year’s Parent Institute. In this letter you will find price, schedule and contact information you will need in order to apply to register a staffed exhibitor table. Due to limited space, not all applicants may be able to exhibit. Please apply quickly.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Audience:       400 parents of gifted pre-K, elementary, middle school, high school and college-bound students.

Location:        Exhibitors will be in the center area between presentation rooms, affording you a prime spot for access and exposure to conference attendees.

Half Table Options

School/Info $15            ASU organization - FREE 

(NOTE: Because the ASU law college is providing the facility, ASU organizations are invited to exhibit for free. Half table options are assigned two to a table and will need to pay for lunch if desired.)

Lunch

Separate or additional lunch $7.50 (One lunch is included in exhibitor registration fee for full table options.)

AAGT Provides: The exhibitor fee for a full table includes a listing in the conference program, a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and lunch for one person. The exhibitor fee for a half table includes a listing in the conference program, half of a 6-foot table, and does not include lunch. (Lunch may be purchased for $7.50.)
Please note: AAGT will not provide signage, and table covering is minimal.)

Exhibitor Responsibilities:  Set-up between 7 and 8:30 AM (NOTE: Half-day staffing follows the full-day set-up expectations.  Alternate arrangements will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be pre-approved by AAGT’s Exhibitor contact, Gretchen Reinhardt.)

Staffing Options: Full Day (8am-4pm) – will receive priority location.

                        Lunch Only (11:30 – 1:30)

(NOTE: If you are exhibiting during lunch only, you can leave after parents have returned to the breakout session after lunch.)
